6. Encoding _ UTF - 8 _

 UTF stands for Unicode Transformation Format.For one character to be a full character, it takes the 8 in the code to build the character.For character representation the number of blocks needed vary from 1 to 4.
So this means one character is represented by 8 bit blocks.
